Submit your team’s application to Richard Porter via email. Within three weeks of Richard receiving your application, you will receive confirmation from the Institute Organizing
Committee regarding your acceptance. A follow-up phone call will be scheduled by Richard to discuss your team’s participation in the Institute.
The 2011 Institute reached maximum capacity by early April. Early applications are encouraged, as space is limited, so please act promptly.
The registration price is $2,950 per person.
For this price, team members will enjoy the following during the Institute:
- lodging for four nights at the Essex Conference Center & Retreat (http://www.eccr.com) located in Cape Ann
- team facilitator(s)
- consultations with Institute Faculty
- all meals, including a New England Lobsterbake
Team members will also enjoy the following support before and after the Institute:
- pre-Institute consultation / site visit by an Institute Faculty Member
to your institution (within continental North America)
- if your institution is located outside continental North America,
a comprehensive teleconference will be scheduled, or an Institute Faculty
Member within your region (if available) will conduct the pre-Institute visit
- post-Institute teleconference
An invoice will be sent upon your Team’s acceptance into the Institute.
Payment in full should be received by May 15, 2012.
Please note that all registration fees are nonrefundable but can be transferred to other members of your institution.
