A Portfolio Analyst for Independence Blue Cross, Ms. Harris has focused primarily on project management throughout her 20 years of specializing in information technology for the healthcare, insurance, and telecommunications industries. Her IT career began with co-op positions at Rohm and Haas followed by Comcast. At Rohm and Haas, she was one of the first women to work in their Network Operations Center. Her co-op experiences gave her real world IT experience that prepared her to enter the industry. In 2017, she established the Angela V. Harris Scholarship Fund at Drexel University to support African American female students studying in the College of Computing and Informatics.

Trent Hathaway completed his cooperative education with Ulliman Schutte Construction, LLC, assisting with construction projects in the Washington, D.C. area. Trent used the construction knowledge he gained from his cooperative experience to transition to the environmental and geotechnical consulting/design industry upon graduation, in which he currently works as a Project Engineer for Hull & Associates, Inc. In 2015, he earned his professional engineering license in Ohio. Trent is actively involved in the engineering community, and was acknowledged as the 2018 Young Engineer of the Year by the Toledo Chapter of the Ohio Society of Professional Engineers.

            Terry Hussey (B.Eng ’03, MBA ’05) is an award winning business executive and educator. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Vigilant Management, a thriving project management consultancy based in Paradise, NL. Under his leadership Vigilant is modernizing the NL construction industry through their innovative owner’s project management service. Putting people before profits and unlimited vacation are the cornerstones of his leadership philosophy. Mr. Hussey has been listed as one of Atlantic Canada’s Top 50 CEO’s for three consecutive years (2016, 2017, 2018) and he was the 2014 recipient of Memorial University’s Presidents Award for Outstanding Teaching.

Jeremy Jarrett is the Senior Vice President of Kinetic Vision, an Ohio product design firm with an international client base. He oversees strategic operations and leads the development of technology solutions. An inventor listed on 15 patents, he reviews grant applications for the National Science Foundation and serves on several industry advisory boards. A graduate of the University of Cincinnati’s co-op program, Mr. Jarrett is a vigorous advocate for cooperative education. During his 27-year tenure, he has grown Kinetic Vision to 130 employees through the highly experienced graduates of its co-op program.
