Mr. Desai is the Founder and Portfolio Manager of Red Spruce Capital, a registered investment advisory firm. He has extensive portfolio management experience and has worked in a variety of institutional settings, conducting fundamental research and due diligence on a wide variety of investments for clients’ portfolios. Previously, he was an Equity Research Analyst for Gardner Lewis Asset Management. His co-op experience with Susquehanna International Group led to a full-time position with the Group as a Portfolio Manager. He completed two other co-ops including one at Towers Watson (previously Towers Perrin), where he worked managing pension and benefit obligations, and another at Verizon Communications, where he worked managing SEC reporting statistics.

Michael Field is Chief Executive Officer for The Raymond Corporation, including the operations, sales and marketing, engineering and administrative functions. Previously, Field served as the president of operations and engineering, and vice president of engineering. Field is a member of the Toyota Material Handling North America (TMHNA) executive team. He is also chairman and director on the Board of New York Battery and Energy Storage Technology Consortium, Inc., and is a board member of the New York State Southern Tier Regional Economic Development Council (REDC). Additionally, he is a board member of the Industrial Truck Association (ITA).

            Derrick Fung is the CEO of Drop - a venture-backed start up in the consumer tech industry. He was formerly an Entrepreneur-in Residence at White Star Capital - a global venture capital fund that has made over 20 investments in more than 7 countries. He was the Co-Chair of Canadian Music Week and was awarded the Top 30 Under 30 for Music by Forbes Magazine for his influence in the music industry in 2014.
Derrick graduated with High Distinction from the University of Toronto Scarborough Management Co-op program and was awarded the Gordon Cressy Leadership Award for outstanding extra-curricular involvement.

An expert in security analytics, cyber defensive methods, and threat & vulnerability management, Mr. Han has been a Partner in the cybersecurity advisory practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers since 2016. He had three relevant co-ops which prepared him for this challenging and timely work. He worked as a Web Designer with SmithKline Beecham Pharmaceuticals (now GlaxoSmithKline), where he learned the importance of producing quality work and maintaining deadlines; as an IT Special Projects Intern at Elf Atochem (now Arkema), where he learned the value of relationships and the importance of a professional network; and as an IT Risk Consultant Intern at Arthur Anderson, where he learned how work ethic, grit and being personable can be seen more valuable than academic intelligence. These positions paved the way for him to become the youngest Asian-American to make partner at his firm.
